Good wanting winter boot, comfortable enough for long walking, appropriate for any leg width

I have a success and miss relationship with the Cole Haan whole. Some designs I realize comfortable, others, even those with the Nike Air technology, are tight and leave my feet achy. The Sara short boot may be a HIT! I own it in black and that i have a trifle devil sitting on my shoulder whispering "Come on! get the taupe, too!" Here is why:
1) C*O*M*F*O*R*T* do not be petrified of the heel. the mixture of platform and heel leaves you with a manageable elevation that really aids your walking comfort. The front is slightly curved upwards, more creating this vogue a real walking boot. The boot is extremely lightweight on the leg. the scale is true. therefore is that the width. it's forgivable for a wider foot.
2) i'm 5'11" and have wide legs. I realize it nearly not possible to search out boots that work my calves. due to the stretchy inserts on both sides of the shoe, the boot slides simply onto your leg and doesn't block circulation, even with a thick sock on.
3) The shoe is suede. it's not designated as waterproof. However, I even have worn it within the snow with none issues. check that to brush the shoes with a suede brush and spray it with a suede spray before the primary use. Repeat each few uses.
4) Despite being a considerable boot, the fashion appearance dainty on your legs. i think it are often worn with gabardine pants in formal official procedure atmosphere. i'm uninterested in winter snow boots that cause you to appear as if you're carrying a sink on every foot...
Please bear in mind that the black isn't a real black. it's nearly the darkest shade of gray. It bothered me within the starting, till i noticed that it looked smart with each black and gray pants/coats. currently I take into account it a and.
